EVA teak is the most practical deck for swim platforms, cockpits and small-to-medium boats: no maintenance, non-slip, light. If the template is right it fits in one go; we make the template with 3D scanning and CNC.
Who is it for?
- Owners who want zero deck maintenance
- High-traffic areas: swim platform, cockpit, stairs
- Speedboat, RIB and tender floors
- Boats that want the teak look without the teak budget
- Panels with an engraved logo or boat name
How we do it
- 01Survey and samples
Area inspected on board, colour and caulking samples shown, written quote.
- 023D scan
Area 3D-scanned or physically templated; hatches, hinges and fittings go into the digital template.
- 03CNC cutting
Panels cut to the millimetre on our 210×366 cm CNC, seams and edges welded in the workshop.
- 04Surface prep
Old covering removed, surface cleaned and primed.
- 05Bonding
Panels bonded on board in one piece, edges sealed.
- 06Handover
Check, clean, photo handover, 12-month warranty.
Template and cutting
We capture the area with 3D scanning or a physical template. CNC cutting means edges, hatches and fittings line up exactly.
Fitting
Old covering is removed, the surface cleaned and primed, then the panels are bonded. Logos or yacht names can be engraved.
